Hi! My name is Laura Lee Crabbe, and I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach.

My love of fitness came after many years of feeling like exercise was something I “had,” to do. After years of thinking I had to spend hours on a treadmill to maintain my fitness, I realized that working out did not have to be a chore. On a mission to find the type of exercise I wanted, I tried many different types of exercise, such as walking, pilates, group fitness classes, and more. In 2018 I began lifting weights, and my life changed forever. Through weight training, I discovered my self-confidence, began to eat to fuel my body with whole foods, and saw a change in my physical and mental health.

My goal is to to help other people find the joy in fitness, while transforming their physical and mental well-being.

As a former educator and an MBA professional, I have combined these skills to create individualized training and guided nutrition programs to fit the lifestyle needs that work best for you. I will be with you through every step of your journey, and help you form fitness habits that are realistic, attainable, and that will stick with you for life! I believe that fitness should be accessible to all.
